Warenhouses

Part of DI comprehensive offering to businesses and investors of the city is its warehouses, which lie at the heart of the manufacturing process to meet the requirements of storage, cargo and other logistical needs of DI tenants.

DI is building a total of 24 million square feet of warehouses that offer investors the option of leasing various storage spaces that range between 5,000 to 10,000 square feet in size.

The warehouses are designed for cold storage, chemicals and transport equipments and parts, also open air storage wards will be on offer in DI, in addition to warehouses that are designed with retail showrooms at the front to allow investors to display their products and services while storing it at the back of the facility.

In order to provide flexible business solutions for investors and manufacturers state-of-art warehousing for general purpose is available in DI in three strategic areas: adjacent to food & beverage, the base metals and labour accommodation zones.
